3. Working principle of alcohol type machine mixer: This machine mainly realizes the base material storage tank purchased by the customer through the high viscosity pump output to the base material storage tank, through the ball valve control host for auxiliaries and base material mixing, semi-finished rubber into the pressure storage tank, through the pipeline output to the screw machine, (screw machine needs to be connected to the vacuum pipeline) after cooling by the cooler output to the large pressure tank, through the pipeline output to two auxiliary machines, After the color mixing output is cooled by the cooler, the output is stored in the pressure storage tank, and the output is sent to the packaging machine.


4: raw material ratio:

5. Installation: After the equipment arrives at the demander, wait for the demander to install the base material storage tank, and inform the supplier to guide the installation after the screw machine is in place. This purchase does not include the installation part of the pipeline and the accessories required for pipeline installation. The demander shall inform the supplier after preparing the accessories, and shall arrive at the site within two days to guide the placement of the equipment, and inform the installation sequence of the equipment and the precautions in the installation process, such as the reserved discharge port of the pipeline, valve, distance, size of the cable, placement of the storage tank, water cooling pipe and other details in the installation. Upon completion of pipeline welding, the demander shall inform the supplier of the operation procedures and procedures for on-site training.
